I got an error when making a purchase

If you are facing an error code when making a purchase, please refer to the list below to see some possible codes, along with suggestions for the following steps to take or try:

Error Code Description Steps to Take

Error 213

Error code 213 means that the transaction is expired. It could be because of:
  1. You didn't enter the OTP code into the Codashop payment page in time (if using the Direct Carrier Billing payment method), or
  2. The Codashop system did not receive your payment during the session time (if using a Bank Transfer/E-Wallet/Convenience Store payment method).

Please restart your device and try to make a purchase again if you didn't get charged.

But if you already made a payment or got charged, please get in touch with us here and attach your payment proof. So that we can help you to check it on our system.

Error 225

This means that you have attempted to make a purchase using a payment channel that is not yet activated. Please try your purchase again using a different payment channel.

Error 227

This means that you have attempted to make a purchase using a price point that is not yet active in Coda's system.  Please try your purchase again using a different price point.

Error 309

This means that the IP address you initiated a purchase is blocked. Please try restarting the phone if you are using mobile data or restarting your modem if you are using WiFi.

Error 312

This means you have exceeded the daily or monthly limit set by the mobile network.

Please:

  1. Wait for the following day or the following month before using the same phone number again.
  2. Use another phone number or payment method to proceed with the top-up.

If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us via email by submitting a ticket.

Error 404

Payment method: Globe Load

This means that Premium VAS (Value Added Services) has been blacklisted or deactivated by Globe. This is a change that has been made by Globe (not Codapay) and means that you will not be able to use our service until Globe restores your Premium VAS access.

Please contact Globe Customer Support and ask them to activate your Premium VAS feature or try to complete your purchase using a different payment channel.

  1. your phone number is in the grace period, or
  2. you don't have enough phone credit to complete the purchase you initiated.
Please make sure your phone number is not in a grace period and that you have enough phone credit to complete your purchase, and then try again after 15 minutes.
